Minutes of May 17th, 2011 meeting were read by Mae Moore and ammendments were recommended:  Deb Peterson should be Deb Johnson and Beth Hansen was present. 
 
Treasurer Chris reported that the balance is $5990.13
 
Special needs had no new cases to report.
 
Old Business:   Reminder that ONS is 11/4-11/6 in Salt Lake,   RFL was a nice success.   Beth Hansen reports the mentorship weekend was very educational.   She reports that we can get CEU's through ONS if we wish to purchase the CD's.   If we vote on ONS we can win $1000 for the chapter so everyone needs to vote when you receive an email.   She also reports that other chapters had donated to the ONS foundation and we had not accomplished that yet.  Sandy Kruse nominated to donate the amount given last year which was approved.   She states that ONS also recommends that we create a facebook page for our chapter.  It was decided to postpone that to a later date. 
 
New Business:   There is a Denver workshop 10/14.  Our workshop is 9/24/11  So far it is reported that there are only 3 reps that have responded.   Chris gave us handouts of the roughdraft.   Danni, Chris and Mae volunteered to set up.   Will disscuss other volunteers at the next meeting.
 
Beth Hansen presented us with an award that was given at the Mentorship Weekend for 2nd highest percentage of Oncology Certified Nurses.
 
Next meeting:  Sept 20th with a CEU
